We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Technology Manager to join our team and help us streamline our procurement processes through the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge technologies. As the Procurement Technology Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business efficiency and cost savings by leveraging your expertise in procurement and technology.   1. Develop and implement technology solutions to optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement technology needs and requirements.
  3. Manage the entire procurement technology lifecycle, from planning and implementation to maintenance and upgrades.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of new procurement technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
  5. Train and educate procurement team members on new technologies and processes to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  6. Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  7. Maintain and update procurement technology systems to ensure they are functioning at optimal levels.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for any procurement technology issues or questions and provide timely resolution.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the procurement technology meets business needs and requirements.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in procurement technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement technology-driven procurement strategies.
  12. Monitor and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures related to technology usage.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports on procurement technology performance, usage, and cost savings to upper management.
  14. Lead and manage procurement technology projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement technology processes to drive business efficiency and cost savings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Technology Systems, Such As Sap Ariba Or Oracle Fusion

  • Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
