  1. Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including answering questions about medications and resolving any issues or concerns.
  4. Utilize pharmacy software and technology to accurately and efficiently process prescriptions and manage inventory.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  6. Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines and regulations related to pharmacy practices.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new medications, and changes in regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and insurance information.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking medications and supplies.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
  11. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
  12. Assist in performing administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry.
  13. Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.
  14. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services and fostering a positive work culture.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht) Credential From A Recognized Organization Such As The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb).

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience Working As A Pharmacy Technician In A Retail Or Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Terminology, Drug Names, And Dosage Forms.

  • Familiarity With Pharmacy Laws, Regulations, And Standards Of Practice.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
