Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to succeed in the changing healthcare market through pay-for-value model.
  2. Monitor financial performance and analyze data to create solutions for improvement.
  3. Manage organizational budget and effectively allocate resources.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment to organizational objectives.
  5. Conduct research and keep up-to-date with industry trends and standards.
  6. Monitor regulatory requirements and enforce compliance.
  7. Create and maintain documents related to pay-for-value model.
  8. Develop and execute training plans for staff related to financial management.
  9. Prepare reports to track progress and highlight areas of improvement.
  10. Participate in meetings and provide input on financial strategies.
