2. Answer patient and visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
3. Provide assistance to patient and visitors as needed.
4. Ensure all patient and visitor information is up-to-date and accurate.
5. Monitor patient and visitor flow and provide assistance when needed.
6. Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and visitors.
8. Handle patient and visitor complaints in a professional manner.
9. Assist in the implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
10. Monitor patient and visitor satisfaction levels and take appropriate action.
