  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing support, guidance, and advocacy throughout their healthcare journey
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive appropriate and timely care
  • Assist patients with navigating the healthcare system, including scheduling appointments, obtaining referrals, and understanding insurance coverage
  • Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive high-quality, compassionate care
  • Conduct regular check-ins with patients to assess their well-being and address any concerns or issues
  • Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement strategies for improving patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on healthcare policies and practices
  • Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Social Work, Or Health Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Patient-Facing Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Actively Listen And Empathize With Patients.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Insurance Processes, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Focus On Problem-Solving And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
