- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing support, guidance, and advocacy throughout their healthcare journey
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive appropriate and timely care
- Assist patients with navigating the healthcare system, including scheduling appointments, obtaining referrals, and understanding insurance coverage
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive high-quality, compassionate care
- Conduct regular check-ins with patients to assess their well-being and address any concerns or issues
- Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement strategies for improving patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on healthcare policies and practices
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Social Work, Or Health Administration.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Patient-Facing Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Actively Listen And Empathize With Patients.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Insurance Processes, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Focus On Problem-Solving And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
