  1. Oversee patient access processes: Responsible for managing all aspects of patient access, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting necessary information from patients.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service: Act as the main point of contact for patients and their families, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless experience for patients.
  5. Manage insurance and billing processes: Utilize knowledge and understanding of insurance policies and billing procedures to accurately process and submit claims for reimbursement.
  6. Maintain confidentiality: Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  7. Troubleshoot issues: Responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in patient information, insurance coverage, or billing processes.
  8. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in patient access processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  9. Train and mentor team members: Serve as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing training and support to ensure a high level of performance.
  10. Uphold company values: Act in accordance with the company's mission, values, and policies at all times, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Access Or Registration.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Verification, Pre-Authorization Processes, And Medical Terminology.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Patient Population.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Record Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
