Job Description

At Highmark Health, we are looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Applications Analyst to join our team and help us leverage the power of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP and the ability to think critically and solve problems. The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP implementations, be familiar with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, and have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements. We are seeking a motivated individual who has the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, possess excellent problem solving skills, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and external vendors in the implementation and use of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
  2. Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  3. Monitor and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  5. Prepare and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the use of Oracle Cloud ERP Applications.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud ERP technologies and best practices.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and support.
