In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.   1. Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  3. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
  4. Maintain the office calendar and schedule appointments for meetings and events.
  5. Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees as needed.
  6. Order and maintain office supplies, including monitoring inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  7. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary information.
  8. Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and schedule repairs or maintenance as needed.
  9. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  10. Assist with organizing and planning company events and meetings.
  11. Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
  12. Act as a liaison between employees and management, relaying messages and addressing concerns.
  13. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  15. Continuously strive to improve office efficiency and suggest process improvements when necessary.

Job Qualifications
