  1. Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  2. Adhere to all safety and quality control protocols to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  3. Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  4. Interpret and analyze test results, and report findings to healthcare providers.
  5. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  6. Continuously monitor and improve laboratory processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate testing.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in the field of medical technology.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in test results.
  12. Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with new technologies and techniques.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
  14. Assist with the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or A Related Field

  • Certification As A Medical Technologist By A Recognized Accrediting Organization

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment, Including Proficiency In Performing Complex Tests And Troubleshooting Issues

  • Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Report Test Results

  • Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System, With A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Control And Regulatory Compliance Standards.
