  1. Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
  3. Prepare and analyze patient samples, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
  4. Record and report test results in accordance with established protocols.
  5. Follow strict safety and infection control procedures.
  6. Maintain and update laboratory records and data.
  7. Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or equipment issues.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and quality control standards.
  11. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new laboratory procedures.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  16. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  17. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  18. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Medical Laboratory Technology Or Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Laboratory Procedures, And Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Ability To Accurately Perform And Interpret Laboratory Tests, Troubleshoot Equipment, And Maintain Accurate Records.
