
Medical Laboratory Technician

- Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Prepare and analyze patient samples, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Record and report test results in accordance with established protocols.
- Follow strict safety and infection control procedures.
- Maintain and update laboratory records and data.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or equipment issues.
- Adhere to all regulatory and quality control standards.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new laboratory procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Associate's Degree In Medical Laboratory Technology Or Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Laboratory Procedures, And Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability To Accurately Perform And Interpret Laboratory Tests, Troubleshoot Equipment, And Maintain Accurate Records.
