  1. Conduct data analysis and utilize advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns in healthcare data.
  2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to leadership.
  3. Collaborate with various teams, including actuarial, finance, and clinical, to understand business needs and support decision-making.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of healthcare programs and initiatives.
  5. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through data analysis.
  6. Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to healthcare economics.
  8. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by adhering to data governance policies and procedures.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new data models and analytics tools.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare economics and provide guidance to team members.
  11. Proactively identify and address data quality issues and recommend solutions.
  12. Continuously improve data processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather additional data and insights.
  14. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive healthcare data.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Economics, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Economics Or Financial Analysis.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Modeling Software, Such As Sas Or Sql.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Including Reimbursement Models And Regulatory Changes.
