As a Materials Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with various departments and vendors to ensure the right materials are available at the right time.   1. Manage and maintain inventory levels of all materials and supplies for the organization.
  2. Monitor and track incoming and outgoing materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their material needs and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  4. Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate pricing, place orders, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Develop and implement efficient material management processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
  7. Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing materials.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all material transactions and update inventory systems as needed.
  9. Monitor material usage and recommend adjustments to inventory levels based on demand and usage patterns.
  10. Troubleshoot any material-related issues and work with relevant stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on material management processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in material management processes and make recommendations for implementation.
  13. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines when handling materials to ensure a safe work environment.
  14. Communicate and collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to material management to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Materials Coordination Or Inventory Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Inventory Control Systems.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
