  1. Develop and implement strategic project and program plans in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful execution of projects and programs.
  3. Monitor project and program progress, identify any potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and timelines.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  6. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project deliverables.
  8. Implement and enforce project management best practices and processes to ensure consistency and quality of project delivery.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within project management processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project/program management to continuously improve and enhance project delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project/Program Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Or Equivalent.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
