  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and oversee all aspects of procurement operations, including sourcing, purchasing, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  3. Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.
  7. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company standards.
  8. Review and approve purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Identify and address any potential risks or issues in the procurement process.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on procurement performance and cost savings.
  11. Manage and track procurement budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the procurement team.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and drive innovation within the department.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Operations, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices, Including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Cost Savings And Process Improvements Within Procurement Operations.
