
Manager Patient Access
Highmark Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager of Patient Access to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills to ensure that our patients have the best experience when accessing our services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, be familiar with the Pennsylvania healthcare regulations, and have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field. The Manager of Patient Access will be responsible for leading a team of patient access professionals to ensure efficient and accurate patient access services. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our patients have a positive experience. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of patient access professionals to ensure efficient and accurate patient access services.
- Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania healthcare regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure that our patients have a positive experience.
- Monitor patient access operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes.
- Train and mentor newly-hired patient access professionals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient access services.
- Monitor and analyze patient access performance metrics.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Generate reports on patient access operations.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from patients.
