Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Non-invasive Vascular Lab and Echocardiography department.

3. Monitor the quality of patient care and ensure that all services are provided in a safe and efficient manner.
4. Supervise and evaluate personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive patient experience.
7. Maintain a strong understanding of clinical non-invasive vascular testing and echocardiography.
8. Act as a liaison between the department and other stakeholders, such as vendors and insurers.
9. Develop and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics.
