  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to support the mission of providing affordable and comprehensive retiree healthcare solutions to mid-market and small group employers.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the mid-market and small group sector and develop relationships to drive business growth.
  3. Oversee the management of existing client accounts and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay abreast of industry trends.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Hire, train, and manage a team of professionals to support the growth and success of the division.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on key performance indicators, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and supports the company's mission and values.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on mid-market and small group retiree healthcare solutions, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  15. Uphold the company's reputation and values by maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Mid-Market And Small Group Retiree Solutions.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Mid-Market And Small Group Retiree Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced And Evolving Environment.
