- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior leadership, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of financial processes and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Cost Analysis
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Analysis Techniques
Experience In Healthcare Industry And Knowledge Of Healthcare Finance And Regulations.
