Manager Facilities Management

1. Manage all facility maintenance and operations, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.

4. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors.
6. Monitor budgets and expenditures related to facility management.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate steps to mitigate them.
9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to facility management staff.
