
Manager Facilities Management
Highmark Health seeks an experienced Manager of Facilities Management to help us continue to provide quality healthcare to our patients. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for providing exceptional service. This position requires a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of best practices in facility management, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of successful project management. Responsibilities:
- Manage all facility maintenance and operations, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Oversee the daily activities of staff members and coordinate with other departments to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facility management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures related to facility management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate steps to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to facility management staff.
