1. Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical research projects, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of clinical research professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Oversee the design and execution of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop protocols, study timelines, and budgets.
5. Monitor and track study progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
6. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all study documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and data collection forms.
7. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on study progress, results, and any issues that may arise.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as research institutions and vendors.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in clinical research methodology and technology.
10. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of study data.
11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
12. Identify areas for process improvement and implement new strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning within the clinical research team.
14. Represent the company at conferences and other industry events, promoting our commitment to improving healthcare through research.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
