1. Lead and manage a team of data architects and cloud enablement experts to design and implement advanced analytics solutions for the HEDIS program.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and determine the best data architecture and cloud solutions to meet business needs.
3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the data landscape, including data sources, data models, and data flow processes.
4. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
5. Create and maintain data architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
6. Manage the implementation of cloud-based technologies to enhance data storage, processing, and analytics capabilities.
7. Monitor and evaluate data architecture and cloud infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data architecture and cloud technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
