Learning & Development Trainer Kronos Scheduler

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop virtual training modules related to Kronos Scheduler.
2. Create and deliver high-quality learning and development programs to help the team learn and grow.
3. Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide guidance and feedback.
4. Monitor and evaluate training performance and provide regular progress updates.
5. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
6. Develop and maintain instructional materials, including documentation, job aids, and presentations.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training objectives are met.
8. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in the learning & development field.
9. Maintain knowledge of Kronos Scheduler and associated technologies.
10. Provide guidance and support to team members on Kronos Scheduling systems.
