Lead Financial Analyst

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join our team and provide financial support to our organization. The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the financial model, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least five years of experience in a similar role. They will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining financial models and forecasting and be able to work with minimal direction and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
