
Lead Financial Analyst
Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join our team and provide financial support to our organization. The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the financial model, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least five years of experience in a similar role. They will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining financial models and forecasting and be able to work with minimal direction and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities of Lead Financial Analyst:
- Develop and maintain the financial model, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide financial support and guidance to the organization.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic advice and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Work with minimal direction and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments.
- Manage projects and initiatives related to financial analysis.
