Job Description

Highmark Health is seeking a highly-skilled Lead Cloud Software Engineer to join our world-class team and help us develop innovative cloud-based software solutions. As a Lead Cloud Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development, design, and implementation of cloud-based software systems.We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced professional who is passionate about technology and has the ability to lead and motivate others. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and best practices, as well as a proven track record of developing reliable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience working with cloud-based software development. You should have a deep understanding of various cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. In addition, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.If you’re a passionate and experienced Lead Cloud Software Engineer, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilites:

  • Develop, design, and implement cloud-based software systems
  • Lead and motivate others in the development process
  • Keep up to date with the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices
  • Maintain reliable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot cloud-based software systems
  • Work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Utilize Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Monitor and optimize cloud-based software systems
  • Develop documentation and technical specifications to identify system requirements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers on the team
