  1. Lead the analysis of healthcare data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and drive positive health outcomes for individuals and populations.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve healthcare outcomes, with a focus on population health.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, to implement solutions that address identified healthcare challenges.
  4. Utilize your strong clinical background and understanding of population health to provide valuable insights and recommendations to inform healthcare strategies and initiatives.
  5. Leverage advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract and manipulate data, perform statistical analysis, and develop predictive models.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare data and analytics, and apply these advancements to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  7. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting.
  8. Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences.
  9. Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to obtain and integrate additional data sources and tools to enhance analysis capabilities.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards related to healthcare data and ensure all analyses and strategies are in alignment with these regulations.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Data Analysis, Preferably In A Population Health Management Or Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Sources And Analytics Tools, Such As Sql, Sas, And Tableau.

  • Experience With Clinical And Population Health Measures, Including Risk Stratification, Quality Metrics, And Care Coordination.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
