  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and labor unions to promote a harmonious work environment.
  2. Serve as a liaison between management and labor unions, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
  3. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Advise and educate management on labor relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of labor-related complaints or disputes.
  6. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to create and update labor-related policies and procedures.
  7. Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and contract management.
  8. Monitor and analyze labor relations data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Provide training and support to managers and supervisors on labor relations topics.
  10. Represent the company in labor-related hearings and other legal proceedings.
  11. Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity among employees and management.
  12. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to labor relations activities.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure labor relations strategies align with overall business objectives.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve labor relations processes and procedures.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends in labor relations and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Including The National Labor Relations Act (Nlra) And Collective Bargaining Agreements.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Conflicts And Maintain Positive Relationships With Labor Unions And Employees.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Labor Relations Strategies, Including Contract Negotiations, Grievance Resolution, And Dispute Resolution.
