  1. Act as a primary point of contact for all labor-related matters and maintain positive relationships with employee unions.
  2. Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Provide guidance and support to management on labor relations issues and strategies for maintaining a fair and productive work environment.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in labor laws to inform decision-making and ensure compliance.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential labor issues and disputes, working to find timely and effective resolution.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to develop and implement labor-related policies and procedures.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in labor relations.
  8. Build and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and serve as a liaison between the organization and the unions.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs for management and employees on labor relations topics.
  10. Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and represent the organization's interests to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to labor relations.
  12. Contribute to the development of long-term labor relations strategies and goals for the organization.
  13. Act as a change agent in promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
  14. Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative approaches to labor relations.
  15. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment with overall HR goals and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Unionized Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience Negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements And Handling Grievances.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Facilitate Conflict Resolution Between Management And Union Representatives.
