  1. Conduct internal audits of various departments and processes within the organization.
  2. Identify risks and areas of improvement for the organization's internal controls and processes.
  3. Develop and execute audit plans to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  5. Review and analyze financial data to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
  6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on audit findings for management and stakeholders.
  7. Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and work with them to implement changes.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to internal auditing.
  9. Assist in the development and maintenance of audit policies and procedures.
  10. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure effectiveness of implemented changes.
  11. Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  12. Participate in training and coaching of new team members.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all audit information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve audit processes and procedures.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Accounting, Or Finance.

  • Knowledge Of Internal Auditing Standards And Practices, Including Risk Assessment And Control Evaluation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
