Inpatient Nursing Unit Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the inpatient nursing staff, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
2. Oversee daily operations of the inpatient nursing unit, ensuring all patient needs are met and best practices in patient care are implemented.
3. Monitor patient satisfaction levels and work with the nursing team to resolve issues and implement changes to improve patient care.
4. Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with physicians, staff, and other healthcare providers.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
6. Evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to inpatient nursing.
7. Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure quality patient care.
8. Create and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and develop nursing staff.
9. Provide training and education to nursing staff to ensure knowledge of best practices and standards.
