  1. Provide specialized infusion therapy care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  3. Administer medications and monitor patient response, including assessing for adverse reactions and managing any complications.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, including medication administration and patient progress.
  5. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures, potential side effects, and self-care techniques.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory of infusion supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  7. Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  8. Continuously assess and evaluate patient outcomes and modify care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on infusion therapy best practices and advancements in technology.
  10. Serve as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Foster a compassionate and caring environment for patients and their families, promoting a positive patient experience.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding nursing code of ethics.
  13. Embrace and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  14. Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement by actively participating in performance improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse, Preferably In An Infusion Setting.

  • Certification In Infusion Nursing (Crni) Strongly Preferred.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Infusion Therapy And Related Equipment, As Well As Experience In Administering Various Infusion Therapies.
