  1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our organization's information systems and data.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and provide recommendations for remediation.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to information security, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Create and maintain documentation of information security procedures and protocols.
  7. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on information security best practices.
  8. Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential impact on information security.
  9. Conduct audits and assessments of third-party vendors to ensure they meet our information security standards.
  10. Communicate risks and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that our organization is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to information security.
  13. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for information security-related inquiries.
  15. Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Risk Assessment And Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Crisc, Cisa, Or Cissp.

  • Strong Understanding Of Information Security Frameworks Such As Nist, Iso, And Hipaa.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
