Highmark Health is searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Grants and Contracts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of contract and grant management and have the ability to navigate complex scenarios. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with all pertinent regulations. The Grants and Contracts Officer will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, and to build relationships with external partners. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage grants and contracts in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
  2. Monitor grant and contract timelines to ensure compliance and completion in a timely manner.
  3. Prepare and review contract documents, including terms and conditions, financial and technical requirements, and other contractual provisions.
  4. Research and analyze relevant regulations and policies for compliance with grant and contract requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  6. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and compliant grant and contract management.
  7. Track and report on grant and contract activities.
  8. Stay up to date with relevant policies, regulations, and trends in the field of grant and contract management.
  9. Provide guidance and training to staff on grant and contract management processes.
  10. Assist with budget planning and monitoring for grants and contracts.
