In this role, you will be a key member of our Genetic Counseling team, assisting with administrative tasks and providing patient support. To be successful in this position, you must have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of empathy.The ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as genetics or counseling, and at least two years of experience in a related field. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and collaboratively with other professionals to ensure patient care is delivered with compassion and respect. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with administrative tasks related to genetic counseling, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  2. Provide patient support, including answering questions and offering advice.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Maintain a high level of empathy and compassion when interacting with patients.
  5. Ensure patient care is delivered with respect and dignity.
  6. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other professionals.
  7. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
  8. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and multitask.
  9. Follow all relevant policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
  10. Remain up-to-date on developments in the field of genetic counseling.
