  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define product requirements and specifications.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and current market trends.
  4. Utilize data analysis and other research methods to identify potential areas for product growth and enhancement.
  5. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
  6. Work closely with software developers to ensure product deliverables meet functional and technical specifications.
  7. Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
  8. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
  9. Provide support and training to internal teams on product features and functionality.
  10. Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and updates.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on product features and functionality.
  14. Participate in product strategy and roadmap planning sessions.
  15. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  16. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience through product enhancements and updates.
  17. Maintain a deep understanding of Highmark Health's mission and values, and embody them in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Able To Identify Trends And Insights To Inform Product Decisions.
