Highmark Health is searching for an innovative and experienced ENT - Otolaryngology to join our talented team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong commitment to patient care, and be able to provide a positive patient experience.To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a valid medical license, board certification in Otolaryngology, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting. Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred. The successful candidate must also demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to work collaboratively with a wide range of healthcare professionals.We are looking for an individual with the drive and passion to provide outstanding patient care and to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  2. Perform surgical procedures on the head and neck.
  3. Administer medications and provide patient education.
  4. Provide compassionate patient care in a clinical setting.
  5. Maintain accurate medical records.
  6. Provide leadership and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  7. Maintain a valid medical license and board certification in Otolaryngology.
  8. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Stay current with developments in ENT - Otolaryngology.
  10. Provide a positive patient experience.
