Enrollment & Billing Representative

1. Manage all aspects of the enrollment and billing process for Highmark Health, including but not limited to: new member enrollment, changes to existing memberships, premium billing, and payment processing.
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all enrollment and billing transactions, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Communicate with customers, both internal and external, to provide assistance and resolve any enrollment or billing inquiries or issues.
4. Maintain detailed and organized records of all enrollment and billing activities, including tracking and reporting on key metrics.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to support enrollment and billing processes and provide a seamless customer experience.
6. Identify and escalate any potential issues or discrepancies in enrollment or billing data to leadership for resolution.
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate enrollment and billing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes to enrollment and billing processes, and ensure compliance within the organization.
9. Train and onboard new team members on enrollment and billing processes and systems.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly to all stakeholders, including members, providers, and internal team members.
