  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for workplace design that aligns with Highmark Health's values and goals.
  2. Lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and cohesive workplace solutions.
  3. Stay updated on the latest workplace design trends and incorporate them into Highmark Health's design strategy.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify the needs and preferences of employees and develop design solutions to enhance their experience.
  5. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of workplace design projects.
  6. Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within the workplace design team and promote a positive work environment.
  7. Oversee the design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  8. Partner with external vendors and contractors to source materials, negotiate contracts, and oversee project execution.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively communicate design concepts and updates.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve workplace design strategies to meet the evolving needs of employees and the organization.
  11. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards for all workplace design projects.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on workplace design, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.
  13. Uphold and promote Highmark Health's values and culture through all workplace design initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Workplace Design, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Workplace Design Principles, Trends, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
