We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Salesforce Product Enablement at Highmark Health. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our Salesforce product strategy and driving the enablement of our teams to effectively utilize these tools.   1. Develop and execute the Salesforce product strategy for the organization.
  2. Lead and guide the team in effectively utilizing Salesforce tools to drive business growth and success.
  3. Identify and implement best practices for Salesforce product enablement, including training, documentation, and support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align Salesforce strategies accordingly.
  5. Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage and performance, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and updates, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  9. Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  10. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to Salesforce products and services.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and end-users.
  12. Prepare and present reports and updates on Salesforce product performance and initiatives to senior management.
  13. Take ownership of project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful and timely delivery of Salesforce projects.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to Salesforce product enablement.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technology and provide guidance and support to team members and end-users.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Salesforce Or A Similar Crm Platform.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Their Capabilities.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
