A Master's degree and/or CPA is preferred.   2. Provide key insights and recommendations to guide decision-making at the executive level.
  3. Work closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting and budgeting purposes.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and department heads.
  10. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
  11. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and the board of directors.
  12. Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the financial planning and analysis function.
  13. Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  14. Monitor and manage financial risk for the organization.
  15. Develop and maintain a budgeting process that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
  16. Recommend and implement cost-saving measures to increase profitability.
  17. Communicate financial results and trends to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  18. Represent the organization in financial discussions and negotiations with external parties.
  19. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the financial planning and analysis team.
  20. Uphold the organization's values and mission in all financial decisions and actions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Financial Planning And Analysis Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Setting. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Principles And Be Able To Develop Complex Financial Models To Support Strategic Decision-Making.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Director Of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Financial Analysts And Collaborating With Other Departments And Executives. This Includes Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Reimbursement Models, And Revenue Cycle Management.
