Dietitian

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition assessments and counseling services to our members. The ideal Dietitian at Highmark Health will have the following qualifications: a Master’s degree in nutrition or dietetics, an active Registered Dietitian (RD) license, and experience providing nutrition counseling to individuals and groups. The Dietitian must also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members by helping them to develop healthier lifestyles. Responsibilities:

1. Provide nutrition assessments and counseling services to members
2. Develop individualized nutrition plans for members
3. Educate members on nutrition-related topics
4. Monitor and track members’ progress
5. Maintain accurate records of nutrition services provided
6. Develop and deliver group nutrition education programs
7. Participate in professional development activities
8. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal care for members
9. Maintain active Registered Dietitian (RD) license
10. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
