Job Description

Highmark Health is currently searching for an organized, detail-oriented Data Reporting and Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management and reporting, as well as experience with various software systems and databases. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for accuracy and efficiency. This includes analyzing data, creating reports, and managing systems. The Data Reporting and Systems Analyst should have strong knowledge of data analysis, system administration, and reporting tools.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• At least three years of experience in data management, analysis, and reporting• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management systems• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering resultsIf you are a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in data analysis, reporting, and systems administration, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data, create reports, and manage systems to support the organization's goals, objectives, and initiatives.
  2. Identify areas of improvement in data analysis and reporting processes.
  3. Utilize SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management systems to maintain and analyze data.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to streamline data management and reporting processes.
  5. Maintain accurate records of data analysis and reporting activities.
  6. Work with other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Monitor data trends and identify areas of improvement.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
  9. Remain current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
