  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Highmark Health customers.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers utilizing Health Navigation and Advocacy Services.
  3. Assist customers in navigating their health plans and understanding their benefits.
  4. Advocate for customers to ensure their healthcare needs are met.
  5. Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  9. Stay updated on changes and updates in the healthcare industry and communicate them to customers.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and productivity.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
