  1. Provide exceptional customer service to members of Highmark Health.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Understand and effectively communicate information about Highmark Health's products and services.

  5. Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.

  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service is provided.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for customer service.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle sensitive situations with care.
  15. Attend trainings and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
