In this role, you will play a crucial role in the success of our program by coordinating and overseeing the various aspects of our residency program.   • Develop and maintain an organized system for managing all aspects of the residency program, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with program directors and faculty to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and program policies.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and selection process for resident candidates, including coordinating interviews and managing applicant information.
  • Oversee the orientation process for new residents, providing them with necessary information and resources to ensure a smooth transition into the program.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, program directors, and other staff to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the program.
  • Plan and coordinate educational events and activities for residents, such as workshops, conferences, and seminars.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including evaluations, progress reports, and attendance records.
  • Monitor resident progress and provide support as needed to ensure successful completion of the program.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies and procedures.
  • Stay current on trends and developments in the medical field and make recommendations for program enhancements or improvements.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for residents, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Residency Program Or Graduate Medical Education Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders Including Residents, Faculty, And Program Leadership.

  • Familiarity With Accreditation Requirements And Documentation For Residency Programs, Such As Acgme Or Equivalent.
