
Complex Case Manager RN - Maternity, NICU (Remote)

- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to high-risk maternity and NICU patients.
- Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients and their families.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing support and guidance throughout their medical journey.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and coordination of care for patients.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing With Active Rn License: A Complex Case Manager Rn - Maternity, Nicu Must Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing And A Valid Rn License To Practice In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Maternal And Neonatal Nursing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Maternal And Neonatal Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Complex Cases And Care Management.
Certification In Case Management: A Complex Case Manager Rn Should Possess A Certification In Case Management To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Skills In Managing Complex Cases And Coordinating Care For Patients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Remote Position, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Relationships With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.
