  1. Collaborate with team members to support and enhance community programs and initiatives.
  2. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community events and projects.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to inform and improve community outreach strategies.
  4. Communicate with community partners and stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships.
  5. Create and distribute promotional materials to increase awareness of community programs.
  6. Attend meetings and presentations to represent Highmark Health and share information about our community efforts.
  7. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
  8. Help develop and implement new initiatives that align with Highmark Health's mission and values.
  9. Act as a liaison between Highmark Health and community organizations, advocating for the needs of the community.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in community affairs and the healthcare industry.
