
Clinical Informatics & Epic Training Specialist
Highmark Health is searching for an experienced and organized Clinical Informatics & Epic Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in clinical informatics and Epic training, with a passion for helping others develop their skills and knowledge. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective Epic training programs.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure efficient use of Epic.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of Epic training programs.
- Maintain knowledge of Epic and other EHR systems.
- Monitor training trends and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Develop instructional materials, including slides, handouts, and videos.
- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Provide individual and group training sessions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Troubleshoot any problems or issues with training programs.
