  1. Coordinate and schedule appointments for members with healthcare providers, ensuring timely access to necessary healthcare services.
  2. Communicate with members and healthcare providers to gather and verify necessary information for appointments.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member appointments and interactions.
  4. Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination of care for members.
  5. Prioritize and triage member needs to ensure urgent cases receive prompt attention.
  6. Continuously monitor and identify potential barriers to accessing healthcare services, and proactively work to resolve them.
  7. Educate and inform members about their healthcare benefits and resources available to them.
  8. Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies while handling member information.
  9. Consistently provide compassionate and empathetic support to members and their families.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on healthcare industry changes and advancements.
  11. Contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures to enhance the member experience.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with members and colleagues.
  13. Serve as a liaison between members, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues.
  14. Assist in monitoring and tracking member satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Coordination Or Administrative Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Insurance Processes And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Insurance Companies.
