- Lead a team: Oversee a team of client service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client Management Role.
