  1. Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and concerns.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that all client interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and customer care, exceeding expectations and promoting overall client satisfaction.
  3. Lead a team: Oversee a team of client service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  4. Understand the healthcare industry: Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends, regulations, and best practices, in order to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
  5. Drive client retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services and upselling when appropriate.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Monitor and analyze client metrics: Track and analyze client data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the client experience.
  8. Develop and implement client service processes: Continuously evaluate and improve client service processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting client needs.
  9. Stay updated on product and service offerings: Stay informed on Highmark Health's products and services, including new developments and enhancements, in order to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
  10. Uphold company values: Embody Highmark Health's values of integrity, compassion, and innovation in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
