  9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for the benefit of the client.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns with clients, and work towards finding solutions to maintain their satisfaction.
  11. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and communication.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
  13. Represent Highmark Health in a professional and positive manner at all times, reflecting the company's values and commitment to excellence.
